| More than 500 teachers and 50,000 students from public schools in the regions of Arequipa, Lima, Cuzco and Puno, where poorly trained teachers and obsolete teaching methods provide substandard education. | ||||||||||

| Expand and consolidate the innovative teaching method "Yachay Wasi". Using simple and low-cost materials, the methodology links students to their natural and social environments. Thus public schools students are challenged to develop cognitive and affective capabilities in order to gain more significant and comprehensive knowledge in key areas such as science, technology, art, entrepreneurship and the development of environmentally friendly habits. | ||||||||||
